Request for service
- Click on Purchase Requisition List from the Homepage
- Create New requisition
- Make sure the correct Location Code and Department code is selected by default.
- In the Purchase Requisition Subform, select Item as Type
- An item will be created for each category of service. Select the relevant item (Item codes will be shared by finance)
- Enter the details of the service in the description
- Select the Quantity
- Enter Estimated Price of the Service in Est. Unit Cost
- Click Process > Check Budget
- If budget validation is successful for all lines, Budget Check Success field will be YES in the PR header
- Click Request Approval > Send Approval Request
- First approval will go to the department head. After their approval the next approval request will go to Finance. When both approvals are completed, the status will change to Released
